Salary Range: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Must hold an active insurance license in Minnesota.

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance management or a related field is required.

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and develop a successful team, with strong decision-making capabilities.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Sales Acumen: Demonstrated understanding of sales strategies and techniques in the insurance sector.

Client Relations: Ability to maintain and develop strong client relationships.

Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

Insurance Sales Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of agents to achieve sales goals and enhance performance.

Agency Growth: Develop and implement strategies to expand market presence and drive agency growth.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for your team.

Compliance Management: Ensure all operations are in compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
