Salary Range: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Foster relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and retention while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial operations of the agency, including budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Compliance: Ensure the agency adheres to all state licensing requirements and regulatory guidelines.
  • Performance Monitoring: Evaluate sales performance regularly and make necessary adjustments to strategies to improve results.
  • Networking: Expand the agency’s reputation by building a strong network with industry professionals and partners.
