Salary Range: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Experience: Proven track record in insurance sales management or a similar role, preferably within the agency sector.

Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team, driving performance and achieving targets.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building strong client relationships.

Licensing: Must possess the necessary insurance licenses for the state of Minnesota.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to assess sales performance and strategize improvements.

Problem-Solving: Proven ability to solve problems and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Networking: Established network within the insurance industry in Minnesota is beneficial.

Adaptability: Ability to adapt to market changes and lead the team through transitions effectively.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and train a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service.

Sales Strategy Development: Formulate effective sales strategies to enhance market penetration and meet the agency's business objectives.

Performance Monitoring: Regularly review and assess the performance of sales agents to ensure goals are met or exceeded.

Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with key clients to grow the business and enhance customer loyalty.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive pricing, and customer preferences to keep the agency ahead in the market.

Compliance Assurance: Ensure the team adheres to all regulatory requirements and maintains the integrity of agency operations.
