Salary Range: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Must hold or be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty License in Minnesota.

Experience: Proven experience in insurance sales, preferably with a focus on management or team leadership.

Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to success.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and networks.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Customer-Oriented: Strong customer service skills and a dedication to exceeding client expectations.

Adaptability: Capacity to work efficiently in a hybrid remote setup, ensuring team cohesion and productivity.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of insurance professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet agency goals and expand our market presence.

Client Interaction: Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with tailored insurance solutions.

Performance Monitoring: Regularly evaluate team performance, providing feedback and identifying opportunities for growth.

Market Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to better position the agency in the market.

Operational Management: Oversee daily agency operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity in all processes.

Training & Development: Facilitate training sessions and continuous development opportunities for team members.
