Salary Range: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Active Minnesota insurance license is a must.

Experience: A proven track record as a Sales Manager in the insurance industry, preferably within a similar market.

Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with experience managing and motivating a team to achieve sales targets.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage both internal teams and clients.

Customer-Centric: Deep understanding of client needs and the ability to cater to unique client expectations.

Technical Proficiency: Proficient with CRM systems and various other sales tools.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to assess sales metrics and adapt sales strategies as needed.

Flexibility: Comfortability working in a hybrid remote environment, demonstrating strong organizational skills.

Problem-solving: Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Collaboration: Strong aptitude for working collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Guide and support a team of insurance sales professionals through motivation and direction.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the team's targets and exceed expectations.

Performance Monitoring: Track and document the team's sales metrics to ensure objectives are met consistently.

Client Engagement: Foster lasting relationships with clients by ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and efficiently.

Coaching and Development: Provide training and professional growth opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and roles.

Market Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends and identify areas for growth or improvement in sales tactics.
