Salary Range: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Experience: A minimum of 5 years in insurance operations management or a related field.

Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field preferred.

Leadership Skills: Proven track record of effective team leadership and ability to mentor staff.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify and fix operational inefficiencies.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment.

Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with industry-related tools and software.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of insurance sales professionals to achieve their targets and enhance performance.

Operational Strategy: Develop and implement effective operational strategies that optimize sales processes and improve overall efficiency.

Resource Allocation: Ensure optimal resource allocation for various projects and tasks to meet strategic objectives.

Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Compliance Oversight: Ensure all sales operations comply with industry regulations and company policies.

Training and Development: Oversee training programs that equip the sales team with necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
