Salary Range: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance sales with leadership responsibilities.

Licensing: Active insurance sales license required.

Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales goals.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.

Customer Focused: Proven track record in building customer relationships and providing exemplary service.

Adaptive: Ability to flourish in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.

Technical Skills: Proficient with CRM and sales management software.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of insurance sales representatives, fostering a positive and energetic work environment.

Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and maximize revenue growth.

Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and building strong relationships with potential clients.

Performance Monitoring: Regularly review sales metrics and provide feedback and guidance to the team to ensure success.

Training & Development: Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the team's skills and product knowledge.

Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new products to remain competitive.

Customer Engagement: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and tailored insurance solutions.
