Salary Range: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles, particularly in the insurance industry.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Team player: Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a hybrid remote environment.

Networking: Established network within the insurance industry and the ability to expand it.

Tech-Savvy: Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Problem Solving: Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.

Responsibilities

Lead the strategy and execution for securing new business by identifying potential clients and evaluating their needs.

Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, meetings, and networking events.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create effective campaigns that resonate with target audiences.

Negotiate contracts and close deals that meet or exceed company revenue targets.

Provide accurate and timely forecasts and reports regarding sales performance and market trends.

Stay informed about industry trends and changes to ensure compliance and competitive positioning.
