Licensing: Active Minnesota Property & Casualty License.
Experience: Proven track record in insurance sales and management roles, preferably as a Regional Sales Manager or similar position.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrable ability to lead and mentor a team, driving them towards achieving sales targets.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients and team members alike.
Customer Focus: Passionate commitment to meeting client expectations and delivering exceptional service.
Remote Work: Comfortable working in a hybrid remote setup, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software and other digital sales tools.
