Salary Range: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Active Minnesota Property & Casualty License is required.

Experience: At least 5 years in a leadership role within the insurance sector.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Leadership Ability: Proven leadership skills with experience in managing teams effectively.

Customer Orientation: Deep commitment to customer service and the ability to inspire others to prioritize customer satisfaction.

Adaptability: Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office and remote duties seamlessly.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM systems and digital marketing tools.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a team of agents to achieve high performance and enhance their selling skills.

Client Engagement: Foster relationships with new and existing policyholders to offer tailored insurance solutions.

Business Development: Identify and cultivate opportunities to expand client base and increase market share.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company goals and drive growth.

Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate team metrics to ensure objectives are met or exceeded.

Industry Awareness: Stay informed about the latest industry trends and regulatory changes to maintain competitive advantage.
