Salary Range: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Requirements

Experience: A minimum of 3 years in insurance sales, with proven expertise in developing and sustaining high-quality client relationships.

Licensing: Possession of a Minnesota Life and Health Insurance License and a commitment to maintaining all necessary licensing.

Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills tailored to both client engagement and team collaboration.

Customer Focus: A proactive approach to meeting client needs with exceptional customer service skills.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze client's needs and propose custom solutions effectively.

Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools and virtual collaboration platforms to enhance workflow and client management.

Adaptability: Flexibility and capability to work efficiently in a hybrid remote environment.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Establish and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with personalized solutions.

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute plans to drive sales growth and enhance client retention in line with agency goals.

Client Consultation: Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients on various insurance offerings, tailoring packages to suit individual requirements.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to share insights, strategies, and best practices to optimize agency operations and performance.

Market Analysis: Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.

Continuous Improvement: Encourage feedback and implement changes to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery.
