Licensing: Must hold an active Minnesota Property & Casualty License.

Experience: Demonstrated experience in insurance sales or management is highly desirable.

Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities to acquire new clients.

Performance Monitoring: Track and report on the performance metrics of your team, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.

Training and Development: Coach and mentor your team, ensuring all agents are up-to-date on product knowledge and industry shifts.

Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with other departments to ensure seamless client onboarding and exceptional service delivery.

Community Engagement: Represent and promote the company in the local community, participating in events to increase brand visibility and trust.
