Salary Range: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: A valid insurance license in the state of Minnesota is mandatory.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in insurance sales or agency management.

Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving sales targets.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for managing client and team relationships.

Strategic Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Tech-Driven: Proficient in using CRM software and other digital tools to streamline operations.

Customer Service: Passion for providing outstanding service and commitment to client satisfaction.

Adaptability: Flexibility to work both in-person and remotely, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet company goals.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor a team of insurance agents, setting clear goals and providing performance feedback.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and agency growth.

Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met effectively.

Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and adjust business strategies to stay competitive.

Training & Development: Organize regular training sessions to keep the team updated on industry best practices and new products.

Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with state and federal insurance regulations.
