Salary Range: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: A valid MN Property & Casualty License is required.

Experience: Proven experience in insurance sales management or a related field is necessary.

Leadership Skills: Strong leadership capabilities to mentor and drive a sales team towards achieving goals.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Customer Focus: A demonstrated ability to meet and exceed client expectations.

Adaptability: Comfort in working within a hybrid remote environment while maintaining team cohesion and productivity.

Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using CRM systems and relevant sales software.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Inspire and manage the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales plans to expand our client base and increase revenue.

Client Engagement: Build strong, long-term relationships with key clients to foster loyalty and growth.

Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales metrics to assess progress and make necessary adjustments for improvement.

Training & Development: Coach team members, enhancing their skills and boosting productivity.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and unified company progress.
