Experience: At least 5 years of experience in an operations management role within the insurance industry.

Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met within the Cloquet, Minnesota office.

Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize operational productivity.

Coordinate and collaborate with senior leadership to support strategic business objectives.

Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Identify opportunities for operational improvement and implement solutions to drive effectiveness.

Manage budgets and resource allocation to ensure cost-effectiveness and maximum efficiency.

Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to keep operations compliant and competitive.
