Salary Range: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Hold a valid Minnesota Property & Casualty Insurance License.

Experience: Minimum 5 years in insurance sales with a proven track record in managing sales teams.

Leadership: Demonstrable leadership skills with experience in team building and mentorship.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.

Customer Focus: Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and relationship management.

Flexibility: Ability to adapt to varying sales environments including in-office and remote scenarios.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales representatives across the region to achieve sales targets.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company objectives and enhance overall sales performance.

Client Relations: Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

Market Analysis: Conduct regular market analysis to identify new business opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.

Performance Monitoring: Track and report on sales metrics, adjusting tactics to reach ambitious regional growth goals.

Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment in strategic goals.
