Licensing: Must hold or be willing to obtain a Minnesota Property & Casualty Insurance License.
Experience: At least 3 years in insurance sales or management roles is preferred.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication are essential.
Leadership: Demonstrable experience in managing and motivating sales teams.
Customer Focus: Ability to prioritize customer satisfaction and develop strong client relationships.
Problem Solving: Proficiency in identifying customer needs and devising solutions.
Remote Work: Ability to work effectively in both remote and in-office environments.
Technology: Familiarity with CRM software and digital sales tools.
Team Leadership: Guide and motivate a team of sales agents to achieve sales targets and deliver high-quality customer service.
Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals and drive growth.
Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while seeking opportunities to expand client base.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and success.
Traning and Development: Facilitate training sessions for sales agents to enhance their skills and knowledge in insurance products.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends and competitive landscape to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
