Licensing: Active insurance license in Minnesota is required to ensure compliance and effective management of sales operations.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a managerial role within the insurance sales industry, showcasing leadership and a track record of achieving sales targets.
Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead a team effectively, motivating and guiding the sales representatives towards achieving individual and team goals.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
