Experience: A minimum of 5 years in insurance sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Licensing: Possess an active Minnesota Insurance License, with a preference for additional certifications.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and develop sales teams, enhancing performance and motivation.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Sales Expertise: In-depth knowledge of insurance products and proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Customer Focused: Strong attention to client needs, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and other sales-related software.
Flexibility: Capacity to adapt to a hybrid work environment, balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.
Leadership: Guide and motivate the insurance sales team to achieve company sales targets and deliver quality customer service.
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive growth and retention.
