Salary Range: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Licensing: Active Minnesota Property & Casualty License is required
Experience: Previous experience in business development or insurance sales is highly desirable.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships quickly.
Sales Expertise: Demonstrated skills in prospecting, lead generation, and negotiating deals.
Customer-Focused: Enthusiastic about understanding customer needs and providing innovative solutions.
