Licensing: Minnesota Property & Casualty License is required. Life & Health Licensing is a plus.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in the insurance sales industry, with demonstrated leadership and management skills.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and articulate ideas clearly and convincingly.
Customer-Centric Approach: Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building lasting client relationships.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a hybrid remote environment, proficiently managing both in-office and remote operations.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
Technological Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM systems and digital communication tools to streamline workflows and client interactions.
