Strategic Hiring Lead


Job Overview

Farmers Insurance, District 54, seeking a highly driven and experienced Strategic Hiring Lead to join our team within the insurance sector. This individual will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent for key leadership and specialized roles across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process with a focus on headhunting senior-level professionals via platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed, as well as conducting high-impact interviews to assess candidate fit and potential. They will partner closely with leadership to understand workforce needs, build targeted sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience.

Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on mid-to-senior level roles, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Strong expertise in candidate sourcing, headhunting, and interviewing.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple searches and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic sourcing efforts to identify and engage high-caliber candidates for leadership and niche roles in the insurance sector.
  • Proactively headhunt candidates using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Conduct structured interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and alignment with organizational culture.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast hiring needs and develop talent pipelines.
  • Manage recruitment metrics, provide insights, and continuously improve hiring practices.
