This individual will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent for key leadership and specialized roles across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process with a focus on headhunting senior-level professionals via platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed, as well as conducting high-impact interviews to assess candidate fit and potential. They will partner closely with leadership to understand workforce needs, build targeted sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience.
Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
