Salary Range: $200,000.00 - $275,000.00 per year

Recruit, train, and develop a team of high-performing insurance agents

Drive sales growth by implementing effective sales strategies and coaching agents

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and the local community

Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure sales targets are met

Oversee daily agency operations, ensuring compliance with Farmers Insurance policies and industry regulations

Lead marketing and business development initiatives to expand the agency’s reach

Provide mentorship and ongoing support to help agents succeed

Stay up to date with industry trends and Farmers Insurance products to effectively guide your team
