Prior experience in sales leadership, business development
Strong interpersonal and team-building skills
Passion for helping people and making an impact
Ability to build trust, manage operations, and drive results
Insurance license (or willingness to obtain)
Build and Lead: Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing team of licensed insurance professionals.
Drive Sales: Develop strategies to meet customer needs and achieve revenue targets across personal, commercial, life, and financial services lines.
Community Presence: Represent your agency locally, build trust, and create lasting relationships in the Willmar market.
Strategic Planning: Develop short- and long-term growth plans, set goals, and track performance metrics.
Business Ownership: Manage operations, hiring, marketing, and client retention with full autonomy and guidance.
