Responsibilities

Develop Sales and Prospecting Skills – Learn how to engage potential clients, identify their insurance needs, and present tailored solutions.

Master Relationship Building – Establish trust with customers, ensuring they feel supported and confident in their coverage decisions.

Gain Hands-On Business Experience – Work alongside a successful Farmers Insurance agent to understand daily agency operations, customer acquisition strategies, and financial management.

Execute Marketing and Community Outreach – Engage with local businesses, attend networking events, and utilize digital marketing techniques to grow your client base.

Provide Exceptional Customer Service – Educate clients on policy options, assist with claims, and deliver a seamless, professional experience.
