Salary Range: $225,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Sales or Customer Service Experience Preferred – Previous experience in sales, retail, or business development is a plus, but not required.

Must Be Willing to Obtain Insurance Licensing – Training and licensing assistance are available.

Responsibilities

Master the Industry – Gain in-depth knowledge of insurance products and services, learning how to match the right coverage with customer needs.

Develop Sales & Business Skills – Learn proven sales techniques, networking strategies, and business development tactics to grow your customer base.

Provide Exceptional Customer Service – Build long-term relationships with clients, helping them protect what matters most.

Engage in Marketing & Community Outreach – Get involved in local networking events, business partnerships, and social media campaigns to attract new customers.

Work Side-by-Side with Industry Experts – Train with experienced Farmers Insurance agents who will coach and mentor you every step of the way.
