Is highly motivated, coachable, and eager to learn.

Has a passion for helping others and providing excellent customer service.

Enjoys sales, marketing, or business development (experience in these areas is a plus, but not required).

Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Thrives in a goal-driven environment and is excited by new challenges.

Holds or is willing to obtain a Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance license (assistance available).

Responsibilities

As an Agency Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in various aspects of the insurance business, including:

Sales & Business Development

Learn effective prospecting and sales techniques to attract new clients.

Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies to grow the agency’s client base.

Identify customer needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.

Customer Service & Relationship Building

Build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.

Educate policyholders on their coverage options and assist with policy reviews.

Handle inquiries, claims support, and policy adjustments in a professional manner.

Agency Operations & Leadership Development

Gain insight into the daily operations of a successful insurance agency.

Assist with business planning, performance tracking, and strategic growth initiatives.

Develop skills in leadership, problem-solving, and client retention.
