Responsibilities

Learn the Business Inside and Out – Gain hands-on experience in insurance sales, customer service, and business operations.

Develop Sales & Prospecting Skills – Connect with potential clients, assess their needs, and provide tailored insurance solutions.

Provide Exceptional Customer Service – Build lasting relationships with clients by educating them on policy options and guiding them through the insurance process.

Implement Marketing & Outreach Strategies – Utilize digital marketing, networking, and community involvement to grow your client base.

Work Side-by-Side with Experienced Agents – Receive direct mentorship and training from top-performing professionals.
