Licensed or Willing to Obtain Licensing – Must hold or be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance license (training and assistance available).

Responsibilities

Lead, Train, and Develop a Team – Recruit and mentor high-performing sales professionals, setting them up for long-term success.

Expand the Agency’s Reach – Build a strong client base through networking, marketing, and innovative outreach strategies.

Drive Business Growth – Implement strategies that increase revenue, improve retention, and maximize agency performance.

Deliver Outstanding Client Experiences – Ensure that every policyholder receives top-tier service and expert guidance.

Manage Day-to-Day Operations – Oversee agency performance, analyze data, and optimize processes to create efficiency and profitability.

Engage with the Bloomington Community – Build a presence through local events, business partnerships, and relationship-driven growth.
