Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Qualifications:
Experience in scheduling, reporting, or administrative coordination.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other data management tools.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling & Coordination:
Manage and maintain the District Manager’s calendar, scheduling meetings, training sessions, and recruiting events.
Coordinate appointments with prospective and current agency owners.
Ensure timely follow-ups and reminders for scheduled activities.
Reporting & Data Management:
Generate and distribute reports on agency performance, recruitment metrics, and business growth.
Maintain accurate records of key performance indicators and provide insights to support decision-making.
Track and analyze sales, marketing, and operational data to identify trends and opportunities.
Operational Support:
Serve as the main point of contact for administrative inquiries.
Organize and update office systems to enhance efficiency.
Assist with communication between the District Office and agency owners.
