Requirements

Proven experience in insurance sales, preferably in a leadership or management role.

Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to develop and execute sales strategies.

Proficiency in CRM systems and sales performance tracking.

State insurance licensing (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development

Recruit, hire, and onboard new insurance agents.

Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance evaluations.

Set clear sales targets and develop strategies to help agents achieve them.

Foster a positive and results-driven work environment.

Sales & Business Growth

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet agency growth objectives.

Monitor and analyze agents’ sales performance and provide actionable feedback.

Assist producers in identifying new business opportunities and cross-selling insurance products.

Drive customer retention and satisfaction through exceptional service.

Operations & Compliance

Ensure all agents adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.

Stay informed about insurance market trends and product updates.

Oversee agents’ licensing and continuing education requirements.

Manage reporting and performance metrics to track success and identify areas for improvement.

Client & Community Engagement

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, businesses, and community partners.

Represent the agency in networking events and community initiatives.

Promote brand awareness and agency reputation through outreach efforts
