Responsibilities

Connect with Potential Candidates: Reach out to professionals who have expressed interest in starting a career with Farmers Insurance.

Schedule Appointments: Set up meetings between potential candidates and our district recruiters, making sure their path to success starts on the right foot.

Engage & Follow Up: Build relationships with prospects, answer initial questions, and keep them excited about the opportunity.

Stay Organized & On Top of It: Maintain schedules, track appointments, and ensure follow-ups happen like clockwork.

Be a Brand Ambassador: Represent Farmers Insurance with enthusiasm and professionalism, making sure every candidate feels valued from the first call.
