About the Role

As an Agent Apprentice, you’ll gain firsthand experience by working alongside a seasoned Farmers Insurance agent. You’ll develop the skills and confidence needed to transition into agency ownership and build a successful business in the Sauk Rapids community.

What You’ll Do

Learn the Business: Partner with an experienced agent to gain hands-on experience in sales, customer service, and agency operations.

Develop Key Skills: Build expertise in marketing, business planning, and client relationship management with training from the University of Farmers®.

Engage with the Community: Build relationships with Sauk Rapids families and businesses, helping them protect what matters most.

Prepare for Ownership: Transition from apprentice to agency owner with comprehensive mentorship and support.

We’re looking for individuals with:

A self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset.

Sales, customer service, or business experience (preferred but not required).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.

The ability to obtain necessary insurance licensing (support provided).
