Salary Range: $180,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish or English and Hmong (preferred).
Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
An entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for success.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse clientele.
Minnesota Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses (or willingness to obtain).
Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus.
As a Bilingual Insurance Advisor, you will:
Educate clients on insurance options, including auto, home, life, and business policies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their unique needs.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed performance goals.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
Act as a trusted advisor within the bilingual community to expand market presence.
