About the Role

As an Agent in Training, you’ll partner with an experienced agent while receiving world-class training and mentorship to build your skills. What You’ll Do

Learn by Doing: Gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and agency operations while working alongside a successful Farmers Insurance agent.

Develop Key Skills: Master the fundamentals of business planning, customer service, and community engagement with training from the University of Farmers®.

Build Community Connections: Network with local residents, help clients protect what matters most, and become a trusted advisor in Coon Rapids.

Prepare for Ownership: Work one-on-one with mentors to transition into owning your own Farmers Insurance agency in this thriving community.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for individuals with:

An entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to build a career.

Sales or customer service experience (preferred but not required).

Strong communication skills and a knack for building relationships.
