About the Role

As an Agent Apprentice, you'll learn the business from the ground up. Through personalized coaching and real-world experience, you'll gain the knowledge and skills to transition into agency ownership. This is your chance to develop your own business while backed by one of the most recognized brands in the insurance industry.

What You’ll Do

Learn the Business: Work alongside experienced agents to gain hands-on experience in sales, customer service, and agency operations.

Grow Your Skills: Develop expertise in marketing, business planning, and client relationship management through training with the University of Farmers®.

Build a Client Base: Learn how to identify client needs, recommend tailored insurance solutions, and foster long-term relationships.

Prepare for Ownership: Receive personalized coaching and guidance to transition from an apprentice to owning your own Farmers Insurance agency.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking individuals with:

An entrepreneurial mindset and drive to succeed.

Sales and customer service experience (preferred but not required).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A positive, growth-oriented attitude and ability to work independently.

Willingness to obtain insurance licensing (assistance provided).
