As an Agent in Training, you’ll gain real-world experience working alongside an established Farmers Insurance agent while receiving industry-leading training. From connecting with local families at Lake George to supporting businesses near Downtown St. Cloud, you’ll be building a career that makes a difference in your community.

What You’ll Do

Learn the Business: Gain hands-on experience in sales, customer service, and agency operations with the guidance of an experienced agent.

Build Core Skills: Master marketing strategies, client relationship management, and business planning with training from the University of Farmers®.

Engage Locally: Help St. Cloud residents protect what matters most while building connections at community hotspots like Munsinger Gardens or Summertime by George!

Prepare for Ownership: Transition from the Agent in Training program into agency ownership with personalized mentorship and support.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking individuals with:

An entrepreneurial mindset and a drive to succeed.

Sales, customer service, or business experience (preferred but not required).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A positive, proactive attitude with a commitment to learning and growth.

The willingness to obtain necessary insurance licensing (support provided).
