About the Role

As an Agent in Training, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals, learning all aspects of running a successful insurance agency. You’ll gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and customer service, all while preparing to take the reins of your own Farmers Insurance agency.

What You’ll Do

Learn the Business: Work directly with an established agent to gain expertise in sales, customer service, and business operations.

Develop Core Skills: Master marketing strategies, business planning, and client relationship management with resources from the University of Farmers®.

Engage Locally: Build connections with families and businesses in Savage, helping them protect what matters most.

Prepare for Ownership: Receive mentorship and coaching to seamlessly transition into agency ownership.
