As an Agent in Training, you’ll gain hands-on experience working alongside an established agent while receiving world-class training. What You’ll Do

Learn the Business: Partner with an experienced agent to gain firsthand knowledge of sales, customer service, and business management.

Develop Core Skills: Master the fundamentals of marketing, client relationship building, and community outreach through the University of Farmers®.

Engage with the Community: Become a trusted advisor for local families and businesses, offering personalized insurance solutions.

Prepare for Ownership: Work with mentors to transition from Agent in Training to owning your own Farmers Insurance agency in Stillwater.
