Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager Agent to join our team in Rochester, MN. As a Sales Manager Agent, you will be responsible for leading a team of insurance agents, driving sales initiatives, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients. This role combines leadership, sales strategy development, and operational management to achieve business growth and customer satisfaction goals.
Salary Range: $150,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year

Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the insurance industry.
Active Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license required.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Recruit, train, and mentor a team of insurance agents to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration in the Rochester, MN area.
Lead by example in prospecting, generating leads, and closing sales opportunities.
Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support professional development for team members.
Collaborate with agency staff and corporate resources to optimize operational efficiency and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and community stakeholders to enhance brand reputation and drive customer loyalty.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business expansion and improvement.
