Salary Range: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Valid Minnesota Property & Casualty License or ability to obtain one within a specified time frame.

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales, business development, or a relevant field is highly desired.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to understand and address client needs effectively.

Remote Work: Comfortable working in a hybrid setting, balancing both remote and in-office work.

Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team, contributing positively to team dynamics.

Tech Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems and digital communication tools is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling insurance products.

Market Analysis: Analyze market trends to identify potential areas for business growth and expansion.

Presentation Skills: Conduct presentations to potential clients to inform them about insurance options and benefits.

Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve broader business goals.

Continuous Improvement: Seek feedback and continuously improve sales strategies and techniques.
