Salary Range: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Active MN Property & Casualty License is preferred.

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales, especially in an agency setting, is highly valued.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients.

Customer Service: A commitment to providing outstanding service and personalized insurance solutions.

Adaptability: Comfort with working in both remote and traditional office environments, maintaining professionalism and productivity.

Team Collaboration: Ability to work well within a team and contribute to a positive work environment.

Tech Proficiency: Competence with CRM systems and other digital communication tools.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Establish and maintain productive relationships with clients, understanding their insurance requirements and ensuring satisfaction.

Service Delivery: Ensure timely and efficient handling of client inquiries and policy changes.

Recommendation and Customization: Develop and present customized insurance solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of clients.

Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.

Relationship Development: Build and foster long-term relationships with insurers, underwriters, and key stakeholders.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to maximize client satisfaction and retention.

Stay Informed: Keep up with the latest industry trends, technologies, and compliance regulations to provide informed solutions.
