Experienced Personal Lines Account Manager

Were hiring a Personal Lines Account Manager who is ready to bring their experience and attention to detail to our growing team.

What we provide:

• Hourly pay: $24 to $30/hour, based on experience
• Commission on cross-sales to existing clients

Commission for cross-sales

• Minimum 3 years experience in personal lines account management
• Licensed and comfortable working with multiple carriers
• Friendly, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Must be available to work Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Pacific Time

• Manage a personal lines book (home, auto, umbrella, rental, etc.)
• Handle endorsements, billing questions, and policy changes
• Communicate with clients and carriers regularly
• Cross-sell additional coverage like umbrella, rental properties, motorcycles, etc.
• Keep renewals on track and retention high by building strong client relationships
