Full-Time | Monday–Friday

$17–$25/hr DOE + Benefits

We’re an independent insurance agency with a focus on exceptional service, strong relationships, and local values. We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Client Account Manager to join our in-office team!

You’ll work directly with clients and insurance carriers to service policies, answer questions, and support renewals — all while helping our clients protect what matters most.

What You’ll Do:

Provide friendly, professional support to clients via phone, email, and in person

Service existing policies (endorsements, billing help, proof of insurance, etc.)

Quote, bind, and process renewals with multiple carriers

Identify cross-sell opportunities to help clients round out their coverage

Support agency operations with documentation, follow-up, and admin tasks

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication and organizational skills

Team player with a self-starter attitude

Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems

Detail-focused and great at follow-through

Insurance experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person
