Allstate Insurance Agency (Dumas Insurance Services LLC) in Moore, OK has an opening for a top performing sales representative to join our award-winning team. Seeking a Licensed and Experienced P&C Insurance Sales Producer who is ready to build strong relationships with our clients and help them protect their homes, autos, lives and retirement income with the proper coverage that fits and protects each client's lifestyle. The position is best suited for a highly motivated team player who is looking for a challenging and rewarding environment with an opportunity for growth. We provide goals and activities, strong investment in leads and quoting opportunities, as well as ongoing education and development that can lead to opportunities for recognition and bonuses. Our agency will offer team members a supportive environment in which they will be coached to succeed and recognized for consistent exceptional results.

Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

*Prior proven sales track record

*Valid OK Property & Casualty or Personal Lines Insurance License

*Previous Captive Agency Insurance Sales experience (preferred).

*Experience in a commissioned sales role and have the competitive desire to earn commissions by selling insurance policies.

*Have a proven track record of dependability & reliability showing up to work as scheduled, on time.

*Have an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.

*Great self-starter with a sense of urgency.

• Meet new business production goals and objectives.
• Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Feel comfortable and confident in making 100+ calls per day to prospective clients.
• Develop quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Follow-up on all unsold quotes and x-dates.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships to generate prospects.
• Evaluate client needs and make professional recommendations.
• Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
• Process customer policy change requests.
• Handle incoming claim calls from customers.
• Develop new Financial Services opportunities.
• Follow-up on all customer needs.
