Agency owner, Larry Dumas, Jr., is a long time customer focused, employee focused, and growth focused business owner (25 years with Allstate Insurance). As a business owner, I work diligently to serve customers in an exceptional way, create a positive work environment and financial opportunity for my team members, and invest consistently to grow my teams and grow my businesses.  

Our agency encourages a team and “family” type work environment. Individual commitments to faith, family, and friends are understood, appreciated, and encouraged. There is much more to life than just “work.” The focus of our collective effort is to accomplish all we can individually and together to maximize the experience and protection of our clients & to maximize the opportunity for each agency team member.
