Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field is preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in insurance sales with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.

Licensing: Active Minnesota Property & Casualty License is highly desired.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities are essential.

Leadership: Proven leadership skills with a track record of building and guiding successful teams.

Decision-Making: Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software and office applications.

Adaptability: Experience working in a hybrid work environment and the ability to manage remote teams.

Leadership: Oversee the operations and performance of the agency, ensuring high standards across the board.

Policy Implementation: Ensure that all agents adhere to company and industry policies and regulations.
