Salary Range: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Active Minnesota Property & Casualty License is required.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in insurance sales with at least 2 years in a management position.

Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams toward achieving sales targets.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging and influencing team members and clients.

Customer Focus: A proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining client relationships.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to devise and implement sales strategies for optimal business growth.

Analytical Skills: Comfort in analyzing sales reports and financial data to drive business decisions.

Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Oversee and guide a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to effectively market insurance products and increase agency revenue.

Client Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term loyalty.

Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate the performance of staff, providing feedback and support as necessary.

Compliance Management: Ensure that all team operations adhere to industry regulations and company standards.

Training: Organize and deliver training programs to upskill staff and enhance their sales techniques and product knowledge.
