Salary Range: $225,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Experience: At least 5 years of experience in sales and team management.

Licencing: Must hold a valid Minnesota insurance sales license or be willing to obtain one.

Leadership: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team to achieve sales targets.

Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment and efficiently manage in-office and remote working.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of sales agents, fostering a positive and goal-oriented environment.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and meet targets.

Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.

Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess team performance, providing feedback and support to ensure success.

Market Analysis: Stay informed on market trends and adjust strategies accordingly to stay competitive.

Training and Development: Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge.

Goal Setting: Set clear performance goals and objectives for the sales team and track their progress.
