Salary Range: $180,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Licensing: Must hold a valid Minnesota Property & Casualty License.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance sales or management.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and engaging manner.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to reach sales targets.
Customer-Oriented: Committed to providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient with CRM systems and other related software.
Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing remote work with in-office responsibilities.
Leadership: Provide guidance and leadership to sales agents, mentoring them to achieve individual and team sales goals.
Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing their insurance needs effectively.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market presence.
Operational Oversight: Oversee daily sales operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
Team Development: Facilitate training sessions for the sales team to boost skills and improve performance.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
